After working for 11 years as Executive Director of the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra Andres Siitan established an artists’ management agency in order to promote excellent musicians who have been closely connected with the orchestra for many years. AS Artists Management represents a range of international artists and ensembles as well as Estonian nationals pursuing an international career.

Andres Siitan joined the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra as an oboist in 1989. He was principal oboe from 1993-99 before becoming Executive Director of the orchestra, a position he held until 2010.
